Our Services

• Outreach Support: Flexible support delivered in people’s own homes to help them manage and maintain their tenancies, stay well, and engage actively in their communities.
• Step-Down Services: Specialist care for individuals with complex mental health needs or forensic histories transitioning from PICU or forensic care. We offer bespoke, intermittent, or 24-hour support tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborative Care: Working closely with clinical teams and statutory agencies to ensure safe, responsive, and person-centred care.
